Welcome to Brimm. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Brimm.ai mobile application (the "App"), operated by Brimm.ai ("Brimm", "we", "us", or "our").
By creating an account or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use Brimm.

1. What Brimm does
Brimm is an AI-powered travel planning app. It helps you: - Generate personalized trip itineraries using artificial intelligence - Understand visa requirements and entry benefits based on your passport and the travel documents you hold - Save trips, build a wishlist, and organize your travel plans - Discover destinations and access booking options through our partners
Brimm is a planning and information tool. It is not a travel agency, a visa authority, an immigration adviser, or a booking provider.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old to use Brimm. By using the App, you confirm that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate.
3. Your account
To use Brimm, you create an account with your email address and a password. You are responsible for: - Keeping your login details secure - All activity that happens under your account - Providing accurate information (particularly your passport and visa details, since Brimm's guidance depends on them)

4. Important: visa and travel information is guidance, not advice
This is the most important thing to understand about Brimm.
Brimm provides visa and travel information to help you plan. However:
- Visa rules change frequently and vary by individual circumstances. The information Brimm shows is for general guidance only and may not reflect the most current rules or your specific situation.
- Brimm is not an immigration or legal adviser. We do not provide official visa determinations. Only the relevant government authority or embassy can confirm whether you may enter a country.
- Always verify before you travel or book. Before making any travel or financial decision, you must confirm visa requirements, entry rules, and travel restrictions with the official embassy, consulate, or government source for your destination.
- AI-generated itineraries may contain errors. Trip plans, timings, prices, and suggestions are generated by artificial intelligence and may be inaccurate, incomplete, or out of date. Treat them as a starting point, not a guarantee.
You are responsible for your own travel decisions. Brimm is not liable for any consequences of relying on visa information, itineraries, or other content in the App — including denied entry, missed connections, financial loss, or any other outcome. Always do your own verification.
5. Bookings and affiliate links
Brimm may show links to third-party travel partners (for hotels, flights, activities, and similar services). When you tap these links: - You leave Brimm and are taken to the partner's own website or app - Any booking, payment, or transaction is made directly with that partner, under their terms and privacy policy — not ours - We may earn a commission if you book through these links, at no extra cost to you
Brimm does not process bookings or payments itself and is not responsible for the products, services, pricing, availability, or conduct of any third-party partner. Any issue with a booking must be resolved with that partner.
6. Subscriptions and payments
Brimm currently offers its core features for free. We may introduce a paid subscription ("Brimm Pro") in the future. If we do: - Pricing and features will be clearly shown before you purchase - Payments are handled by the Apple App Store or Google Play, under their terms - Subscription management, renewals, and cancellations are done through your app store account
We do not collect or store your payment card details.
7. Acceptable use
When using Brimm, you agree not to: - Use the App for any unlawful purpose - Attempt to access, disrupt, or reverse-engineer the App, its servers, or its underlying services - Use automated tools to access the App or generate excessive requests - Interfere with other users' use of the App - Provide false information, or use another person's identity or documents
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
8. Our content and intellectual property
The Brimm app, its name, logo, design, features, and underlying technology are owned by Brimm and protected by intellectual property laws. You may use the App for your personal travel planning, but you may not copy, resell, redistribute, or create derivative works from Brimm's content or technology without our permission.
Itineraries and plans generated for you are yours to use for your own travel.
9. Availability and changes
We work hard to keep Brimm running smoothly, but: - The App is provided "as is" and "as available" - We do not guarantee it will always be available, uninterrupted, or error-free - We may add, change, or remove features at any time - We may need to suspend the service for maintenance or updates
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law: - Brimm is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied - We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App - We are not liable for travel decisions, denied entry, bookings, financial losses, or any outcome resulting from reliance on information in the App - Where liability cannot be excluded by law, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you have paid us (if any) in the twelve months before the claim
Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
11. Termination
You may stop using Brimm and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or use the App in a way that could harm Brimm, other users, or third parties. On termination, your right to use the App ends, though certain provisions (such as those on liability and intellectual property) survive.
12. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, ask you to review and accept the updated Terms in the App. Your continued use of Brimm after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
13. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the United Arab Emirates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Where you are a consumer, you may also benefit from mandatory protections under the law of your country of residence.
